1. Our Guarantee
At Shajar Studio, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Medical-grade items (surgical masks, gloves, gowns) must have sealed packaging intact for hygiene reasons.
- Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and guide you on where to send the item.
- Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
4. Refund Options
- Exchange: We will exchange the item for a different size, color, or product of equal value (subject to availability).
- Store Credit: Full refund amount credited as store credit valid for 6 months.
- Bank Refund: Original payment method (Bank Transfer) will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your account.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the shipping cost.
- For other reasons (change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns; we are not responsible for lost packages.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
